Desktop flash player to play downloaded swf files

Twenty minutes ago I tried to play a music .swf from this page but it didn't play. At all. It downloaded instead. Then I tried opening another file, a room file instead. I've downloaded the newest Flash Player from Adobe's site, set the setting Go into the Opera folder on your desktop and in the version folder, 

I'm able to stream and play a flashvideo.swf file over Internet using Firefox and Google-Chrome. But when I download the same file I cannot play it trying two media players: 13.2 x86_64/Gnome 3.14.4 and kernel 3.16.7-24-desktop the flash.swf file on Internet, Firefox and Google-Chrome play it directly
